The teams you work with could be more effective than they are right now. I am an executive coach and mentor, following a successful multi-faceted career as a hospital consultant in London. I have learned that the professional choices we make require us to know and respect ourselves – to understand what we value, and to be clear about our priorities. The support I offer is based on active listening, with warmth, challenge and humour.
The sense of fulfilment from seeing others move forwards, and realise their potential, drives me as a coach and mentor. I am giving to others some of the support I myself received during my career.
